The return of travelers who are still stuck abroad is currently a top priority.
In many countries, the entry of tourists is not yet planned (e.g. USA) or quarantine regulations only allow holidays after a waiting period of 14 days
That is why international vacation trips (e.g. short trips for stag or hen parties) are still uncertain in the planning.

Red and green zones in France

These only come into force in the regions marked in green. The strict exit restrictions continue to apply in the red regions. In our border region, the Moselle department is particularly badly affected (order number 57 - this includes Saargemünd - Forbach - Sarrebourg - Thionville).

The 100 km zone for excursions in France

In the future, it will be important for excursions not to move too far from home. In order to remain legally certain, it is advisable to use the distance measurement previously used by the control authorities. This applies especially to friends who come to visit you for a party and then travel with us.

The gendarmerie uses the state map base of Géoportail. Using them is much more complicated than with the other two online services.
